After getting yourself familiar with my T.O.S, send me an email [email protected], head over to Ko-fi or message me on discord. I’ll reply to you as soon as possible and let you know if I can accept your order or not.
REVISION POLICY
✦ Minor revisions are unlimited for the sketching phase. Make sure to check everything carefully and let me know if anything should be changed.✦ After approving the sketch and lineart there are no changes allowed once I begin the colouring process.✦ Minor revisions (colour only) are unlimited for the colouring phase.✦ NOTE: Please make sure to address any concerns you may have during the sketch phase. Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as colour adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any additional revision requests are charged for £5 (GBD) per request.
DELIVERY
✦ The turnaround times can vary depending on the queue times as well as the amount of emotes. Account for 1 to 2 weeks for completion of the work.✦ Emotes will be delivered via a wetransfer link sent to you via email.

✦ I DO NOT DRAW NSFW or any art that promotes hatred or bigotry.
✦ Please DO NOT ask me to copy another artist's work.
PAYMENT
✦ All prices listed are in GBP (British Pounds).✦ Payment must be made before I start the sketching process.✦ All purchases/payments for commissions will be made through Ko-fi/Paypal.✦ Extra characters within the same illustration are for an additional 50% of the base price.✦ Extra fees for complicated character designs or animations may apply.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
✦ All commissioned work produced by me is copyrighted by me.✦ All commissioned work produced by me is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless you have purchased rights along with it.✦ I reserve the right to use the commissioned work produced by me for personal or marketing purposes.✦ I reserve the right to resell CUSTOM COLOUR Commissions.✦ I reserve the right to reuse design elements or poses created by me for other commissions or personal works.✦ Please do NOT redistribute, trace, copy, resell, animate or edit my art.✦ Credits are not required but appreciated for P2U Emotes.✦ Credits are required for Commissions.✦ If you would like to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (merchandising, stickers, etc.), you must inform me and purchase the RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE.✦ Do NOT use my art or pieces of it to alter, make and/or sell creations in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, or any future inventions in that space. Such actions will immediately result in the redaction of the commissioner's rights and blacklisting.
PRIVACY
✦ Commissioned work posted by me will have a watermark in my social medias.
✦ If you wish for your socials to be kept private you must let me know.
CANCELLING POLICY
✦ I have the right to cancel the commission at any time with FULL REFUND. Commissions are usually only denied if they are beyond my design capabilities or I’m unavailable to commit due to scheduling conflicts.✦ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.✦ If you have cancelled before, I may choose to not work with you again.
RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE
✦ Doesn't apply to Custom Colour or any of my P2U Emotes.✦ Commissioning me for artwork doesn't grant the buyer rights to further monetize my work. To acquire those rights an additional commercial fee must be paid.
The commercial fee may be purchased separately, and at a later date, of the artwork.✦ A commercial fee generally costs from 100% to 300% of the total order amount depending on the scale of the commercial purpose and the work in question.✦ With the commercial use fee, you get an additional 1000px png file and can sell the work through production of merchandise etc, HOWEVER, you cannot directly sell them as emotes or claim the artwork as your own.
FURTHER NOTES
✦ I am not responsible if your commission is rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure that your request complies with the T.O.S of your platform.✦ Be sure to save the files somewhere on your computer, cloud storage or other.
I reserve the right to withdraw the download link at any time after the order has been downloaded.✦ Any breach of my terms or copyright infringement will result in the commissioner's loss of all rights to the commissioned artwork and they will be blacklisted.
If the rights to the work are retracted from the buyer, I have the right to resell and further profit off of the work however I deem fit.
