CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

✦ I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.✦ Specific restrictions include but are not limited to NSFW art, art that promotes hatred or bigotry, explicit adult content, mechs, gore or copied styles.

3.//
TIMELINE
& PROCESS

✦ Work completion requires 1 week minimum, and may take up to 1 month. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.✦ I will provide progress updates and seek feedback - delays in providing commission details or feedback can disrupt the workflow and timeline so keep an eye out for DMs.✦ Final deliverables are provided using the VGen platform or other file transfer tools if commissioned on Ko-fi.✦ If there are any delays and adjustments to the timeline, I will keep you informed.

REVISIONS

✦ Minor revisions are unlimited for the sketching phase. You must check everything carefully and let me know if anything needs changing.✦ After approval of the sketch and lineart there are no changes allowed once I begin the colouring process.✦ Minor revisions to colour schemes are unlimited for the colouring phase.✦ Any additional revision requests may incur extra charges and may affect progress and timeline.

COMMUNICATION

✦ Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.✦ Communication will be made through the VGen platform (for VGen commissions) or through Ko-fi, Email or Discord for all other commissions at my discretion.✦ I am located in Europe (GMT+1) and therefore communications will happen during day-time in that timezone.

RIGHTS
& USAGE

✦ I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, of the artwork and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.✦ You receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the artwork for Personal Use and Monetized Digital Content.✦ You must not claim the artwork as your own and must credit me using my social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the artwork or permanently on your websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.✦ Editing, animating or modifying my artwork in any way without prior permission from me is strictly prohibited.Commercial Merchandising Rights✦ Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on my websites or as agreed upon.✦ Usage of the artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.✦ Additional charges will be required for commercial usage if not included, typically +100% of the original cost.

PAYMENTS
& FEES

✦ Payments must be made upfront before I start the work.✦ All payments are to be made via VGen or Ko-fi platforms.✦ Once work has begun or payments have been made, you acknowledge that the artwork and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

8.//
CANCELLATION
& REFUNDS

✦ No refunds will be issued after work begins unless initiated by me.✦ I have the right to cancel the commission at any time with a partial to full refund - if you’re behaving inappropriately or violating T.O.S, if the work is beyond my capabilities or if I cannot complete the work due to unforeseen reasons.✦ You have the right to request refunds only if deadlines haven’t been met and there was no agreed upon amendment to the timeline or if work hasn’t been delivered.

CONFIDENTIALITY
& PRIVACY

✦ We acknowledge that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information), or are incorporated into the deliverables, that will not be visible to the public shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.

ACCEPTANCE

✦You are 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or have a legal guardian to make this agreement on your behalf.✦ Agreement date is upon first inquiry/ communication or first transaction.✦ Any breach of these terms will result in you losing all rights to the artwork and be blacklisted. If the rights to the work are retracted, I have the right to resell and further profit off of the work however I deem fit.✦ I am not responsible if your commission is rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure that your request complies with the T.O.S of your platform. Their process and guidelines are beyond my control and I can't guarantee that the artwork will be approved.✦ I reserve the right to withdraw the download link at any time after the order has been downloaded.
